Nature SliceNature-inspired soundtracks

We teamed up with Alicia Hodson of Nature Slice to provide some music for two films.

The first was Exotic Extinction, which tracks the plight of the Hawaiin yellow-faced bee. We created about 20 minutes of music that hit different emotional notes and textures that Alicia was able to chop up and edit how she saw fit as she put together her final film. We also gave her a host of native Hawaiin bird and insect sounds that she could sprinkle in as she saw fit!

The second was Birds On Ice, a short which shows what birds get up to on a frozen lake. It required something icy and chill, so we created a luscious lo-fi track which fit perfectly.
